Yes!! lol I was so indecisive this year about everything and so my family had no idea what to make me for cake/dessert and in the end I just went out cake shopping for myself, I'm terrible. I ended up going out kinda late on Sunday, but the local cake and cupcake places were closed, because clearly I'm great at planning. But luckily I remembered another bakery/cafe place that was open, so I grabbed this huge cinnamon cake that ended up being pretty good, lol.
I'm gonna try to drop by everyone's trick or treat posts this weekend!! And omg we've got so much leftover Halloween candy here. It's dangerous to have this many Reeses and Twizzlers lying around, lol.
IT'S UNDERSTANDABLE deciding things is hard, it feels like we're never given enough time sometimes to really carefully consider them. PICKING YOUR OWN CAKE SOUNDS FUN THOUGH being able to see all the myriad of cake designs out there in the stores...SHAME TO HEAR THEY CLOSE RELATIVELY EARLY DANG I'm glad to know that there was a saving grace out there to finally bestow upon you your cake. THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD...did you finish the whole thing?

Oh man we've still got about a fourth of the cake left. It was huge! Tomorrow I'm planning on swinging by one of the cake places that was closed to finally redeem the free birthday mini-cake coupon they sent me before it expires. Just gonna keep the cake train rolling!!
HOW BIG IS IT EVEN does it reach a whole arm's width...omg you're going to be positively surrounded by cakes everywhere. I HOPE YOU HAVE A FUN DAY OUT IF YOU DO OR IN GENERAL ♥ maybe you should pick up a Christmas cake on the way to have another to last you till that period too!!
Oh man it was maybe like 9 inches across? And super tall too! And thank you, it was pretty good! I had an eye doctor appointment to go to in the morning, and that was fine except for the fact that apparently my vision insurance ran out before I thought it was going to, so I had to pay for it out of pocket. But luckily it wasn't as expensive as I was afraid it was going to be; I've had so much messed up insurance/medical cost weirdness the last few years that anything less than like $200 is now "Oh, that's not too bad" to me, hahaha...ha. orz
But after that my sister and I went out to brunch and got that mini-cake. I actually had another birthday coupon to the cupcake place that I was gonna redeem, but when I read it more closely I saw it was good through this month and next, so I'm keeping it until closer to Christmas. The cake train continues!!
CINNAMON CAKE WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU IN YOUR TIME OF NEED. YIKES REMEMBERING THE DATES WRONG FOR THOSE THINGS SOUNDS LIKE A NIGHTMARE and oh my god my condolences...it sounds like a curse at this point I HOPE THE TIMES WHEN THEY EXCEED THAT AMOUNT (OR WHEN THEY HAPPEN AT ALL) DON'T TAKE TOO MUCH OF A TOLL...
