That sounds like a steady change of pace to get used to! NEW SCHOOL YEAR, THOUGH...seems like a buzz to get all those early forms and stuff for things down the road done with. THAT'S LOTS OF THINGS IN ONE GO summer everything almost makes it sound intense, it makes me imagine all those activities coupled with overbearing heat. Do you do teaching? HOPE WORK DOESN'T TAKE OUT TOO MUCH OF YOU, EITHER WAY...KICK BACK AND RELAX ALL YOU CAN, SEIZE THE HOLIDAY. Three-day weekends are always a blessing, ALMOST HALF A WEEK YOU CAN SPEND ON TREATING YOURSELF. I FEEL YOUR PAIN ABOUT THE WEATHER...the sorrows of tropical places. IF ONLY OUR WEATHER COULD FUSE AND FORM A GIANT RAIN CLOUD IN PLACE OF THE HEAT...
Nah, I don't teach, I just work in the office doing administrative stuff, mostly keeping up with the students' records and transcripts. We're a small school with a very small staff though, so we all end up doing multiple jobs. Basically the work never stops. But it's usually the kind of stuff I like to do, and it's fulfilling being able to have some part in helping our students, if that makes sense. Just very tiring sometimes!!
omggggg I am so ready for fall you have no idea. The stores already have Halloween candy out but I can't consider it fall until we get at least one 80-degree or lower day. Which at this rate won't be until actual Halloween, haha...ha...orz
Ooh, I see! I hope they're all easy to update and keep in one place, it seems like everyone could pass around work to do like a hot potato. It sounds like there's a lot of opportunity for everyone to get to know each other! I'm glad it's something you enjoy and being able to help people along, I think I understand along the lines of the feeling whenever there's a chance to do the latter, knowing that you're able to hopefully help someone move a step forward! I SURE HOPE YOU GET ENOUGH OFF DAYS A WEEK TO BE ABLE TO KEEP YOURSELF REFRESHED, TOO
